My first business. I started earning money on YouTube at 12; by 15 I was landing major projects — more than 100 over the years.

I built my own stack: a system to automate creating and uniquifying videos, and a “Trend System” that scanned YouTube and surfaced rising niches. The team grew to 15 employees with a sales department.

I launched a network of my own kids’ animated channels powered by an algorithmic promotion system — managed activity pushed videos to the top of search and recommendations.

Top channels reached hundreds of millions of views. At peak the team was 23 employees: an animation studio plus production.

Distributed proxy infrastructure for demanding enterprise clients and access to the global internet. Built from scratch: >30,000 servers in Russia and >400 in Europe.

The infrastructure runs 24/7 at >99% uptime for mission-critical business needs. Scaled from 0 to >30,000 servers in 5 years. We operate strictly within the law.

The AI for forecasting fiat and crypto exchange rates was 5+ years in the making. In 2 months I assembled the product packaging, fully worked out the go-to-market strategy — and we launched.

We gathered more than 4,000 people on the waitlist, with forecast accuracy around 60%. The project is now run by a partner.

A copy-trading service on a crypto exchange: subscribers automatically copied our trades — at peak more than 300 simultaneous copiers.

In parallel — an investment fund: more than $4M under management. We held returns at 4–5% per month on capital. I built the trading infrastructure and position-management system from scratch.

As project lead for a client, I built the structure of a content-production team from scratch in 2 months. I developed a system for creating viral content — a steady >7000 views on every video from fresh accounts.

Ran >50 interviews, hired and trained the production team.
